With the continuous increase in global demand for modern lighting solutions, advanced technologies-oriented LUG Light Factory develops its research and production capacities in the scope of luminaires equipped in high-quality, efficient LED light sources.
LUG, one of the leading European manufacturers of professional luminaires, entered the final stage of construction works at its new factory, entirely dedicated to production of lighting solutions in LED technology. The newly-built complex located in the Lubuski Industrial and Technology Park will include a research and development centre as well as modern electronics production facilities. Thanks to locating these two departments in one complex, the solutions developed by R&D will be effectively implemented into LUG and FLASH DQ products. The investment value is estimated at EUR 1,5 mln. About 100 people will be employed at LUG’s new research and production complex.
After introducing the production of LED components and light sources into the operations of LUG’s factory in Zielona Gora in 2013, the construction of new research and production facilities is the company’s next step towards increasing its production capacities and development towards modern lighting technologies.
